Board 8 > If Sony released a 'PSX Mini' with 21 games, which games would you include?

Stole this from another forum. Seemed like a fun little exercise. All I know is FF7 and Xenogears are musts. FFT would be aces too -- FF8, FF9, you know how I roll. But I'd also think MGS1 is a gotta-be, and maybe Star Ocean 2, and Twisted Metal 2. And then I start thinking about stuff that's outside the sphere of my favorites but would still be neat.

My list is too RPG-heavy, though. It was a great time for the genre but representation's gotta be more diverse. So I put this together.

getting nostalgic for a second, this is basically what those free demo discs that came with the ps1 were. those were awesome. i didn't buy even a fraction of the games advertised on them but it was still sweet to play them for one level or 20 minutes or whatever they'd allow.

I actually don't think they would Tomb Raider on there, just because Tomb Raider is now in that early exclusive deal with Microsoft. They would also not put VII on there, because it might cut into sales of new VII.
