It's time for some real talk, dude: I rewatched the video the other day. Yeah, that officer should have provided you his information. You are right about that. You know what the problem is, though? Instead of (what any normal person would do), you went off the friggin deep end. You even admitted yourself - several times - that you had a meltdown.

You created a disturbance. Office Molineaux gave you so many chances to leave, and you just kept calling him names. That guy was a friggin SAINT to not have arrested you the first time. Molineaux was MORE than fair with your sorry ass. Yet, you had the audacity to call him a piece of shit, and authoritarian time and time again.

You needed to go when they told you to go. Get the other guy's information later. You had the name of one officer - which, would've been good enough to get the other officer's name. And your meltdown wasn't even justified. All of this over a voicemail for a job agency? No normal person would behave in the fashion that you did.

And guess what? I believe that lady when she said you were following her. Your behavior doesn't give me any indication otherwise that she is the one who is lying. You were the one who looked like the crazy one.

And when you're getting arrested you decide to make matters even worse for yourself. You even said that you would rather be dead. No. The police aren't the problem, here. There's an underlying issue with your life. Something must be HAY-WIRE in your life for this to have happened. Listen, there are a lot of people on here that could help you with some kind words or support or where to get support. Reach out to them. Stop acting like a victim. Take responsibility for your actions and try to better yourself. And listen, I'm not perfect either. Nobody is. Everyone has done things that they regret. I'm not putting myself on a pedestal here. I'm only saying this so you can be helped.

Dude: Nobody in their right mind would start hitting their head against the cage of a police officer's cruiser. You were in denial when this happened. You didn't want to accept that you were handcuffed and in the back of a cruiser. So, you started hurting yourself. You kept digging your hole deeper and deeper.

It's time to move on with your life. It's time to take responsibility and do better for yourself - because YOU deserve better. You deserve to have a relationship with your daughter. You need to understand that the police were looking out for others in the lobby. You were the one at fault.

Friendly reminder that in the video where the landlady enters his apartment he harasses the woman across the hall even more. Filming and yelling at her.

Actually she yelled at me in that video, not vice versa. Her being filmed was also incidental as the intent was to record Rhonda, I was just caught by surprise as I did not know she was my neighbor but I obviously recognized her.

I think this extends to most people. I know that A. most people are stupid, B. most people can't read worth a shit, and C. The majority of CE is definitely "most people".

No he always asserted it was someone else's bong. The story that it was planted by his landlady changed to it being his friend's changed in between videos, however, which makes me completely sceptical.

I never said it was planted by her. Again listen to what I said. I said to the police how do they know she didn't put it there? I asked questions, not made statements. I never said it was not my bong directly and I never said she planted any evidence, only that she could have. She also could have. and I didn't know it was my friend's dab rig at first either nor did I know everything she was accusing me of. I had walked in on her being in my apartment, remember this. I wasn't home when she arrived initially.

All of this was on Facebook live as well (the videos were reposted to youtube they were initially on Facebook Live) to my local Facebook group with about 5,000 people who frequent the local area. ) and my friend was watching my feed and told me it was his dab rig and that it wasn't open at the time (the box) so then she had to have opened it. So it took me a bit to figure out everything that had happened. Then I found other things along the way. Like her telling them I said I was schizophrenic when I never said that. Can prove it too.

Well in this situation firepits are allowed as long as they are not being used to the point they see you using them. Here they saw a firepit and were not supposed to act unless they saw it used.

It was considered drug paraphernalia because it was part of it.

They also left my packed bowl when they took my phone and laptop. It was sitting right in front of the laptop. They also avoided my bong when leaving and said "We didn't want to knock over your bong".
