Well.... I don't know about that. All he did was yell at a woman and then yell at a cop. I don't know if he actually deserves prison. I actually agree that the wiretapping charges for recording state employee conversations are bullshit and should be dismissed. But I still think he's going to lose and I'm not sure how those other 1,000 conversations on his phone factor into the case. Ideally I think Dawkins needs a group home. Jokes aside, he's right on the verge of being a pretty normal guy if he'd just learn to handle his problems in a calm manner and to let go of some of this stuff that he fixates on.

I stated much more than that in court. I never actually finished telling the police what happened because they weren't listening which is why I stopped to begin with. If you notice I was explaining before asking if I was being detained or free to go. It was their disrespect, condescension, and not listening that made me stop answering their questions. I gave them the opportunity to be reasonable and they declined so therefore they no longer had any grounds to expect answers unless I was suspected of a crime. Arguing isn't a crime.

I am not diagnosed with a personality disorder. I've provided medical documentation in the past verifying this. When I stated why I stopped answering their questions, it wasn't an opinion, so to make an astoundingly audacious claim that it be a non-existent personality disorder, that my doctors somehow missed, when I was not making a falsifiable statement to begin with totally brings your entire post and pertinent understanding of the matter into question.

Current date for suppression hearing is August 28th and current trial date is September 18th however since I am requesting a jury trial then I expect that September date to be further pushed back.
