Wait a minute. The cop is paid on your dime? You don't have a job... and you're on welfare. In the cops defence, at least he is actually providing something in return for everyone's tax dollars. You're just wasting more by clogging the court system will unnecessary garbage because you couldn't resist keeping your mouth shut when a cop told you that you were free to leave.

Like really, the tax payers of Maryland should be more pissed off with you than the cop.

probably won't have an explanation for this one, it's true :(.

Average inmate costs the tax-payer 42,000 an year. People on SSI disability get 8,600 or so a year. Even with EBT it's only another 1200 or so. Your logic is therefore invalid and I have also paid taxes (and continue to do so when I make enough) as well as my family for generations.

Like when Officer Molinuex was putting you in the squad car and he had to explain to you that being a public servant didn't mean that he works for you?
DawkinsNumber4
he didn't have to explain anything because he was misunderstanding what I was saying to begin with. I am a member of the public (a local citizen) and he receives his paycheck on the dime of myself and my family. He is what is considered as a "public servant" which is (obviously) a servant of the public. He is all local citizens' within the locality servant on a collective scale. You know the saying "protect and SERVE". This misinterpretation of my wording caused him to attempt to argue something that was never claimed.

Here's what was actually said...

Crazy Man: "I don't even think you're a lawful authority right now. I think you're violating my constitutional rights and I think you're a domestic terrorist."

Officer Molineux: "OK, that's fine."

Crazy Man: "I know it's fine and you're going to take me seriously when this is done, because what you did was not OK.

Officer Molineux: "OK."

Crazy Man: "You had no.. You had no authority to do what you did. You had to answer my questions about your badge number. You had to answer who you were..."

Officer Molineux: "Yeah, and you were released after I said that. ...and then you decided to continue running your mouth."

Crazy Man: "and then I asked.. yeah because I wanted your badge number so I could file a compliant, which is my right as a lawful American."

Officer Molineux: "Actually that's not a right."

Crazy Man: "It is a right. But.. you're a public servant. Do you know what that means?"

Officer Molineux: "Yeah, but as far as rights go you have the right to remain silent, right to legal searches and seizures, stuff like that."

Crazy Man: "Exactly.. and I have the right... you're... you're my servant. You're a public servant."

Officer Molineux: "I'm not your servant."

Crazy Man: "Yes you are.."

Officer Molineux: "I don't think you understand what public servant means. It means I serve the public..."

Crazy Man: "Yeah, and I'm the public."

Officer Molineux: "...It doesn't mean... It doesn't mean I'm your personal servant."

Crazy Man: "I didn't say it means you're my personal servant. That's not what I said dude."

Officer Molineux: "Have a seat."

Crazy Man: "Fuck you and your seat. This isn't fair man."

Officer Molineux: [Takes headphones.] "Thank you..."

Crazy Man: [Voice breaks] "Man, give me my headphones man."

[Door shuts.]

Crazy Man: "Arghhhhh!!!!!!! Fuck!!!! Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!"

[Door opens.]

Officer Molineux: "Sit down!" ... "Stop it."

Crazy Man: "Fuck you, you piece of shit! Arhhhhh! Wooowowowoo! Ayeeeeeee! Wooooyooooo! Aryooooooooo!"

Let's just be real Dawkins. You were trying to say that Molinuex needed to submit to your ranting demands because, as a member of the public, he works for you. Like because he works for the public, he's somehow answerable to you, personally.
Oh... and does Officer Molineux take you seriously now that it's done?

He answers to any citizen that has questions about him doing his job. I am sorry the concept of public servitude escapes you but "public service" is a thing.

The thing is no one said it meant he was my "personal servant". I didn't say "Jeeves bring my mittens" I asked him and the other cop for their lawful identifiers.

Nobody calls people who serve the public their servants. That's weird.

Okay so you are telling me you only sucked $8600 a year plus subsidized housing out of the tax payer before this crap... then you started incurring much more costly legal and inmate fees because you lost your temper arguing semantics with a police officer? Failing to see how you saved anyone money here. Fact of the matter is during your repeated run ins with the law and the legal system and incarceration, the police officer was out contributing to society. You were waging a battle for personal victory at the expense of the taxpayer and your family (because I'm sure you contributed to your daughters upbringing while you and your bank robber bunk mate chilled together in the clinker)

While authorized to serve his sentence on home detention at his apartment, Cavanaugh was still being held in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday, according to a jail official."

"The sentencing document said Cavanaugh was prohibited from making video or audio recordings of others, or posting them on social media, while on probation.

Cavanaugh may continue to use marijuana for medical purposes while on probation. He also must take medications as prescribed and continue in mental-health counseling, the order said."
