If it had DKC2 and DKC3 it would've been perfect.

Not sure how much they are charging, but that is a pretty sweet deal if it's not too expensive. Great for a young kid/kids who don't have a game system yet.

Some pretty freaking awesome games there.

Daaaaamn, $40 for all that, geez. I'm like tempted if it wasn't sold out, that is some solid freaking games, great for kids, even just to let friends borrow etc. I mean that is a sick linup for $40 seriously.

Lets break this down a bit.

Contra III: The Alien Wars If you like the contra games, this is great. Never a huge fan, but still good.
Donkey Kong Country Great early platform game. Not the best on the system but good.
EarthBound Fun game, some people love it/the series. Certainly worth $5 at least.
Final Fantasy III Best final fantasy by far in my opinion. One of my all time favorite RPGs. Almost worth $40
F-ZERO Shrug, hasn't aged well, decent racing game.
Kirby Super Star Kirby games are great for kids.
Kirby’s Dream Course
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Many peoples favorite Zelda. Not mine, but still good.
Mega Man X Most of these are fun and worth at least 5$ still today.
Secret of Mana Just recently got this on my Ipad (havn't played it though), great game.
Star Fox
Star Fox 2 Fun games, worth $5
Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting SFII was my favorite
Super Castlevania IV Why couldn't this have been C SOTN..wasn't that on the SNES?
Super Ghouls ’n Ghosts Yeah, fun, worth $5 still probably
Super Mario Kart Can get kids into the newer ones at least. Still fun.
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars Another blast of an RPG....so worth $10 even today.
Super Mario World God I loved this when it came out, totally worth $5 now.
Super Metroid Seriously, this rocks....totally worth buying for this game alone.
Super Punch-Out!! Blast of a game, remake recently isn't any more fun then the original to me.
Yoshi’s Island Nother platformer....tons of good stuff here..


Adding it up, i'd say $60 would still have been a fair price that I wouldn't have minded paying. $40 is a freaking steal. Woulda switched out a few games for others (F-zero, Kirby Games etc). I think adding in Chrono trigger should have been a given along with theother great RPGs here. Don't need 2 kirby games for sure (just 1 to give people a chance to try the game type. F-zero is an option but really dont' think it's agged that well, probably better to put another dk country in there instead or something.

Other then no Chorno trigger though, this was a knock it out of the park linup and a great way to sell a bunch of older games to a new generation. Even now, I'd consider getting it, and I own most of them already (just never setup the system to play them. Heck some of them I own on my ipad etc already lol (FFVI, Secret of Mana) or others on my DS (Link to the past) but I'd still get it.
