In the video, protesters were lying or standing with signs before a man in a blood red motorcycle begins to drive up behind them but moving slowly as he revvs loudly and people begin jumping out of the way..then he tries to BACK UP on them before someone finally stops him. Many of the protesters were elderly citizens using wheelchairs organized by the Bay Resistance and Senior and Disability Action. Emily Lee, a spokeswoman for the resistance said the driver was "definitely targeting us" and said "Everyoen thought he was just confused, but he didn't stop and at some point it became clear he was going to come through the crowd and people jumped out of the way. He then turned around and began driving back into the activists before a police officer drew his gun and ordered him to stop" The man is held in custody but no charges are made as of yet as no one was injured. Republicans worked behind closed doors on legislation aimed at repealing and replacing Obamacare as they are trying to pass a bill before the July break but already is seen as DOA since 4 Republicans are NOT supporting the revision.
