For these spheres of meaty protein truly are the crowning culinary gem on the spaghetti pyramid. Yet, if you can fight the urges, extending the meatball event horizon beyond the initial onslaught of dinner can be heavenly. It dilutes the noodles with tasty goodness. However, the issue is developing the willpower. The meatballs constantly call to me, urging me with their twisted lies to swallow them first. "It matters not when you eat us! We all go to the same place," they chide. I try valiantly to vanquish the pangs of hunger, to dismiss their prattle as demons shouting down my better angels.
