Sometimes when I'm walking on the sidewalk and a jogger passes me, I feel like sprinting and tackling them yelling "gotcha!"

Back in CT growing up a friend of mine had a CB rig in his car. The car also had a PA speaker hidden behind the grille. If we saw a jogger when we were driving around we'd shout something like "what are you running from!" Into the mic and then throw the mic on the floor and watch them look around with no idea what just happened. We startled a guy on a bicycle so badly one time that he got tangled up in a guardrail. It sounds so stupid now but it was funny as shit at the time.
