I can honestly go a full day, without any issues, with 5. I almost never sleep a full 8 or even 7. 5-6 pretty much every night

Nights where I wake up 7-8 times. I usually get about 5 hours.
Most nights it's around2 hours. Then the next day I get very, very drunk. Then sleep for like 16 hours

Depends, I typically work 6 days a week. Some of those days are double shifts. On regular nights I sleep from like 8-4. On double shift nights it's usually 10:30 or 11:30 to 4

Usually vetween 5-6. I aim for 8 hours tho, but can never sleep on time. I also wake up during the night.
