Sorry, most (aka all up until now) of the complaining people do about Fryevia is because they're butthurt Orlandeau fanboys. I've seen it so much that I assume that's the issue.

V2.2 Change: Stacking Damage Spells

I wanted to highlight a specific note from the v2.2 patch notes that I think might have gotten overlooked.

>- **Consecutive damage stacking (e.g. Fire From Below) will persist after using other skill.**

>- **Stacking spells reset only if you Attack, Defend, or "mix" dualcast spells.**
>Using abilities/spells/limit breaks does not reset stacks (i.e. Control for Emperor). Mixing a stacking and non-stacking spells (casting two different spells in the same turn) will reset the stack. You can dual cast the same stacking spell (i.e. 2x Thundaja) or a different spell (i.e. 2x Thundaga), but not a combination of two stacking and non-stacking spells (i.e. Thundaja + Thundaga). (Edit: credit to Lucky_Number_Seven for clarification.)

**Stacks are shared across all stacking spells/abilities.** (Edit: This might have been a bug that is fixed in GL.)
>Spells that stack generate a stack for all spells with similar mechanics. Dualcasting Comet (for example) will give two charges to Dystopia (Dark Fina)/Fires from Below (Emperor)/Thundaja (Sakura).

This change also fixes units like Dark Fina who counter with a spell cast (Retaliate, in this case) no longer reset their stacking spells (Dystopia) through counters.

GL Units that are effected by this change include:

- Emperor - Fires from Below
- Dark Fina - Dystopia
- Seabreeze Dark Fina - Utopia (derp, credit: Mbwalker181)
- Zyrus - Blood Pulsar, Comet
- Kuja - Thundaga+2
- Hope - Waterga+2, Aeroga+2
- Sakura - Thundaja
- Rem - Dagger Boomerang
- Vivi - Comet
- Krille - Comet (via Bluff+2)
- Galuf - Comet (TMR)

I might have missed some, but that's a pretty comprehensive list to my current knowledge.

Quick Edit: Would someone who has Hope's two abilities awakened or someone with Comet and Hope/Kuja/Sakura test to see if stacks are still shared across all abilities?
