I once visited my parents for the weekend with my girlfriend, and we got about two minutes into unpacking in my old bedroom when we abandoned the unpacking and climbed onto the bed. Had sex as quietly as we could with our clothes on. Did not think it through.

When we finished, there was so much squelchiness and absolutely nothing within easy reach to mop up with. Then my mother calls us downstairs. There's no way we can safely disengage without leakage over our clothes. Quit masturbating for as long as you can and see what happens to your energy levels. I had an 11 day streak going and I felt great. Plus, when I eventually broke it felt insane. Masturbating regularly is like drinking caffeine every day: at first it feels like a nice boost but eventually it's just keeping you level and at some point it's just deadening you to something that should be a big spike to your usual self.

Porn especially makes you essentially herbivorous if you overuse it. I definitely feel less inclined to approach real women when I know there's a sure thing in the bank at home.

Interesting. I might try that sometime. Would look up the science but science on "this is what X does to your body" is usually not too good because different bodies react differently so I'll just see without getting a bias beforehand.
