Kevin Feige recently seemed to suggest that the villain's solo outing wouldn't actually be connected to the MCU, but Sony producer Amy Pascal obvioulsy sees things differently. In the video interview below, Pascal very clearly states that Venom exists in the same universe as Spider-Man: Homecoming, which, in turn, is a part of the MCU It's a Twitter video in the link.
