King Diamond at the Warfield in San Francisco.

I've been to dozens of shows and have seen most of my favorite bands but this was like top 3 easily. It was the night before Halloween and some guy was dressed as Jesus and crowd-surfing. Pretty surreal sight. They played the expected Halloween as it approached midnight. I was there with my girlfriend. Could not have been a better show.

George Thorogood, Foghat, and Molly Hatchet.

Wasn't really into Thorogood, but the other two were okay. My friend had free VIP tickets, so we got to get as close to the stage as we wanted.

Should be going to see Megadeth on Friday and I've been wanting to see them for years. Opening acts are Messhugah, Tesseract, and Lillake. I can already tell I won't like Messhugah.

Yeah, that was the tour I saw them on. Dave Mustaine's poofy red mane was even more magnificent than I could have imagined.

That was one of the last times Jeff Hanneman toured with them before he died too.

My last one was Opeth, Gojira, and Devin Townsend.

Was fucking amazing! Possibly my fave concert of all time.

I saw Opeth and In Flames a couple years ago in SF (coincidentally at the Warfield), was a really great show. I was worried Opeth would only play recent stuff from the last few albums (which I haven't really been as much of a fan of tbh), but after the opening track, Mikael walked up to the mic and was like, "We're going to play a potpourri of songs from our career tonight..." And at that point I knew it'd be a kickass show

As for the topic title, I guess technically it'd be Kendrick's closing set at Coachella weekend 1 this year, aka the weekend he dropped DAMN.

Testament did this thing where they made the audience get on opposite sides of the arena floor and then charge at each other. It was pretty brutal... kind of dumb though. Most people just sort of ran past each other.

Yeah, i went to that tour too. They still play the oldies. First time I saw them was right after Heritage and they didnt play any death metal. It was dissapointing...

I've seen them like 6 or 7 times throughout their career. I never ever leave disappointed. Fronz is a damn beast live and I love the crowd sit down then jump thing he does at the beginning of proving grounds.
