Well saying you had a boner would qualify as sexually suggestive remarks.

I'm not saying these things personally, it's just generally the case that it's against the internet rules if not borderline illegal to talk sexually suggestively about somebody under 18. Reddit got into trouble for a subreddit about stuff like this. Also professional photos of "teen models" definitely can be dicey.

America is largely a confused place because they will take pictures of under 18 girls on like 17 magazine right next to the article title "BEST SEX EVER" or something but also condemn sexualizing teens.

It's a very confused cultural thing, but just from a rules standpoint I'm pretty sure it's against the TOS to say sexual things or to share "hot pictures" or whatever of anybody under 18, even if they are now 18.
