Not just that, but MercuryStream - the people behind the abhorrent Lords of Shadow series - are the ones working on Metroid: Samus Returns. Thankfully, it looks like Nintendo has been keeping a stronger leash on them than Konami ever did, as this Metroid looks really good. Guess we'll see.

Well, Nintendo is notorious for being highly involved with their 2nd party teams and 3rd party tams sing their properties. Which is why the same Nintendo producer from the original Prime games being the one behind Prime 4 should alleviate most concerns. It's also very likely a 2nd party team. That said, I wonder WHY Retro isn't doing this, since they were so successful. Even if they are worrying on other projects, you'd think Nintendo would wait. --- PotD's resident Film Expert. ...
