If for some reason this isn't being addressed, I'd say high because I think that's less deadly for operating machinery.

I beg to differ. I work in a warehouse and literally half the people come in buzzed or stoned. Those machines are easy af to operate

I've worked with both. As long as it's the more mild type stuff then I'd say high. Neither are very productive but one is generally happier than the other.

At the end of the day the only person I can't get along with irl is the person no one gets along with. Booze or weed doesn't really affect that.
