iiicon 06/08/17 12:38:54 PM #5:	the PC show last year was a huge turnaround from 2015. apart from Sony's presser and Nintendo's Treehouse event, it was the most well put together presentation at the show. it had an excellent speech by Warren Spector, extensive footage or reveals of Vampyr, Deus Ex, The Turing Test, Tyranny, Superhot VR, Lawbreakers, and an announcement for Oxygen Not Included, among other things. this year, we know we have XCOM 2, Total Warhammer 2, Secret Legends rereveal, Battletech, something from PUBG - it's a good show --- ICON: We've got movie sign! <cite>iiicon posted [p:880658204] in Firaxis te... Yeah but apart from the developer itself acknowledging how good Long War is they've had an official version of it to my knowledge. Bringing that out as an official product would be huge not just for modders in general, but that they were acknowledging the hardcore and providing more to it. I'm really not sure what you're trying to say here. it is a safe assumption that someone making a topic about an xcom 2 expansion and explicitly calling out long war and the long war studios and their past collaboration with firaxis making mods for xcom 2 is aware of long war 2 what i was saying is that any significant update to xcom 2 will surely break mod compatibility, so giving that studio a head's up would be beneficial to the modding community, and furthermore that it isn't unreasonable to think firaxis brought lws on board earlier and as a result of learning what firaxis is working on, or perhaps even making explicit requests for certain features, this collab would increase the scope of long war 2 --- ICON: We've got movie sign! <cite>iiicon posted [p:880661984] in Firaxis te...
