I found a decent low carb (and low calorie) tortilla recipe. That with some meat and pico and it's a passable craving helper

The tortilla is what makes it tricky. There are lower calorie ones but they are terrible. Your best bet is to probably go with small tortillas and use shredded chicken instead of beef.

I don't either, but when I'm at work it's considerably easier.

I just skip lunch, leave an hour early from work, then eat a big dinner at around 5 or 6. Usually gives me enough of a food boner to last until I go to sleep.

The recipe I used had the tortilla at 25 kcal. While it wasn't perfect it was better than not having tacos or using lettuce wraps

Oh and 'member a while back guessed my bfp at 40, finally stopped being lazy and did a real waist measurement. Closer to 33. Still fat, but not yet fat fat.
