Overwatch and Destiny 2? Not on max settings of course.

Pre-built or custom, it doesn't matter.

Every Xbox I've had hates me, so I wanna try moving over

Swap the CPU for a G4560 and maybe the mobo for a mini ATX.

Skyrim Special Edition PC is fucked and basically unplayable (fps "stuttering" issues) without mods, and that's if you're lucky. Nothing can run that game for sure. Some people have found fixes, but it's not guaranteed.

If you just said Fallout 3/Skyrim you could easily make a cheap PC to run those easily

My PC runs special edition better thanks to 64 bit, I don't know what kind of a mess you use.

I know a guy who bought a decent gaming PC for 400-ish and he lives in Cali. He told me he managed to find a really good deal

I always hear people bragging about how they made a great gaming PC for little to nothing, but they're always so vague/obscure about what deals they used and whatnot. My idiot brother bought a very expensive gaming PC a few years ago (same year Far cry 4 came out), and it could only run the game well on low settings.

HAHAHAHAHA

But really, the Radeon 6800 series or above(or whatever it's Nvidia equivalent is) should be good enough. The RX 480 might be a little more pricey than what you're looking for, but it's still considered a budget graphics card and it's great value for what you're getting. It's what I got in my build and I play damn near everything on Ultra. You can probably find one for $200-$250. $150, if you're lucky.

For a CPU you probably want something that runs at no less than 2.0. Most Dual-Cores should have you covered. It's worth mentioning that the Xbox One has the most powerful CPU and that only runs at 1.7. I've got the FX-6300 in PC and it's not only one of the strongest AMD CPUs out there, but you can get it for ~$90. It runs at 3.5 and can be safely overclocked to 3.7. Keep in mind, that AMD CPUs aren't quite as efficient as Nvidia's line and Nvidia has just outright shown more progress in that department. But it's clear that you're not looking for the absolute top of the line equipment. The FX-6300 should be more than enough.

You want at least 8 GB of RAM

Finally, for Skyrim, there is an Ultra Low settings mod. The mod basically strips the games graphics down even more than what you can do normally and allows it to be played on some of the more subpar desktops out there.

yeah 700-800 is the least in most cases. Mine is around 700-ish but only because of really low-end CPU

Sounds like he didnt know what he was doing, I bought gaming PC parts in 2014 and I can run Farcry 3 on highest settings minus antialising set to max, FarCry 4 isnt that different I'd probably at least running it in high settings.

The thing is you got to buy parts, not pre-builds. People think making a PC is sooper hard or something but theres like 7 parts in total and its literally "plug this into this"

doesn't a gtx1050 ti run those games better than the ps4 and xbox one?

If you want all ultra settings you might have promblems with fallout 4. You might want to get a 970 or 1070 for 1080p resolution.
