A LOT of things had a single episode cartoon in the 90s that was terrible.

If you played the 2D bubsy game you would know this because you unlock bits of the episode as you get farther in the game

I don't know if there were save points or anything but as kids we would always have to start over from the beginning, so we only could unlock the first few minutes of the episode before getting a game over... we watched the first bit of this cartoon probably 100 times

All these are pilot tv shows that failed. I remember they would play stuff like Bubsy and Battletoads on Thanksgiving where I live.
