The best you can say is he's trying to keep us safe while not damaging his own business ventures. Which isn't a glowing endorsement.

Well, had many of his policies been enacted sooner, some lives certainly could have been saved.

Because apparently nations openly hostile to the US have nothing but great citizens who want to help us? And keeping in mind that it's a list primarily put together by Obama. But sure, the policy doesn't go far enough.

Except no, the list itself was put together by the previous administration and he frequently listens to experts. For instance, the decision to go into that disastrous ground raid WAS at the suggestion of experts and WAS somebody Obama had intended to do himself.

Except he didn't refuse it "because of a lack of information," he declined to go through with it because the weather conditions weren't right during the remainder of his term. But nice revisionist history.
