Depends on the type of ghost. Some are partly corporeal and therefore have mass and, in turn, weight. And, just like a drop of water can also take the form of mist, so would a concentrated mass of corporeal ghost have weight.

Ghosts float

Or maybe they have ethereal powers that act against the force of gravity on their semi-physical forms which causes them to maintain a constant distance from the Earth.

It looks like as of right now ghosts are lighter than a drop of water

Let's see if that science changes

Yeah, but ghosts don't exist so you can't weigh them to see how much they actually weigh.

Clearly you're not familiar with Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon.

Water floats in the form of mist, as previously mentioned. And if mist condenses into a liquid, so might ghosts. You'll notice that ectoplasm doesn't float.

Mist occurs when the water is warmer than the surrounding environment. Ghosts produce cold spots.

The first mistake is attempting to measure weight instead of mass.
The second mistake is forgetting that ghosts don't exist.
