Board 8 > Randomly thought of a kid's show from like 20 years ago

This was on PBS, probably aired around 97/98. It was on Saturday mornings. I never watched too much of it because I was just a bit too old for it at that point, but I was watching other PBS shows like Magic Schoolbus and Krat'z Creatures so I'm guessing I would like catch the last five minutes of it or something before one of those shows. The main characters were a family of puppets, and they had very thick accents (could tell you what but I think some kind of Eastern European). The one thing that I remember explicitly is that they sang about "Watering the garden" and that must have been some sort of motif on the show because I definitely remember them singing it on more than one occasion despite only having seen very little of the show.

Anyone got a name to go with this show?

Nah I definitely remember The Puzzle Place. I watched that one quite a bit. I'm pretty sure it was in fact Tots TV.
