Say he needed a pizza at 6pm and he was busy all day, so he placed an online order at say 12pm. Then, they delivered it at 2pm and it was cold by the time 6pm came around.

it was asap delivery. im thinking their system made a time error and auto-generated it as a mistake to deliver it too quick or whatever.
