I initially had a game planned for this but after starting it I realized that it wasn't really horror at all, so I did a google search of short horror games just to get this category out of the way. I've actually played part of this game before and thought it was pretty cool. I hate the jump scares that usually come with the genre so a creepy visual novel was a great way to get away from that. I found myself not really caring for any of the characters other than Javi, and obviously Clementine. Maybe it's because I was playing on a 3DS, but I had a lot more trouble than I expected with the game. Beat a game with a lead that's from a fictional species Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance I've played and enjoyed every game in this series except for 4, but never really delved into the huge grind that was the post-game. Coming into this one, my plan was to finally go through that grind and do all the extra stuff, until I realized that I just wasn't enjoying the game very much. Maybe it's because I played Fire Emblem for the first time since the last time I played a Disgaea game, but something about it was just was not fun. It sucks, because D2 is a great game and the original is one of my favourites.
