it just bsod'd every 2 minutes.

people say its the drivers, but i can't even update the drivers cuz of the bsod's. the one time i did manage to update it, it still crashed.

should i just return everything?

Start it in safe mode, see if it works.

Though as long as it POSTs it's fine. At worst you'll have to reinstall Windows.

Try reseating all your components and making sure everything is correctly plugged in. Your computer isn't running long enough for it to seem like a software issue, so there may be something you need to RMA.

i got a new iso of windows and i dont have that problem anymore

but now its horribly slow. like slower than my last build... which was 10 years old.

I would check if you have faulty RAM or faulty RAM ports.

I second checking your ram. you could have a faulty stick, or one of em isnt quite fully in. had similar issues and removing the faulty piece solved it

Use CPU-Z, check how much RAM it's detecting and it's frequency.
