Literally fixing a meal and eating half of that every time is an easy diet that works every time. As long as the meal is less than 2000 calories and you've been eating those kinda meals for 6 months consistantly.

If a single meal for you is more than 2000 calories and you eat 3 of those a day and that's been the norm? You're either an olympic athlete or about to die.

I love the kinds of fools who say this. Sure, weight loss is *simple*, calories in< calories out, but that doesn't make it easy. People coming from unhealthy diets have multiple problems adjusting to caloric deficits, such a psychological addiction to food, behavioral addictions, insulin resistance, etc.
