As long as the meal is less than 2000 calories and you've been eating those kinda meals for 6 months consistantly. I love the kinds of fools who say this. Sure, weight loss is *simple*, calories in< calories out, but that doesn't make it easy. People coming from unhealthy diets have multiple problems adjusting to caloric deficits, such a psychological addiction to food, behavioral addictions, insulin resistance, etc. --- I do not support homosexuality in any way.
