The previous one was alright, nothing great.

This is one of those thing's were the reviews could be 'Jack and Will just have a fucking tea party for like half the movie' and I'd be like 'fuck yeah sign me up'.
You know, a few years after Kingdom Hearts 2 came out I used to think that the Pirates world was going to seriously date that game in the time-frame it released in, whereas everything else in it is a timeless classic. But now KH3 is on the horizon and a Pirates world actually makes sense, still! Fucking do it Nomura! I don't give a fuck about Tangled do Pirates again! --- I AM CHAMPION CHRISTMAS! ... Only things I disliked about the previous one is the preacher and mermaid got way too much screen time and the Blackbeard fight was underwhelming.

I don't care what the critics say. I'm going to see it in theaters regardless. The Pirates of the Caribbean series is great, imo. Such a fun movie series.
