I remember a moment in my life that just made me feel so happy, that I thought I would share it with you all.
Back when I was around 5 or 6 years old, I had a real nice friend. She was sweet, and beautiful, but being at that age, I didn't realize these feelings. Sometimes I would go to her house and the SNES with her. She had a bunch of games that her dad had given her. SMW, A link to the past, Kirby Super Star, Etc. But if there was one game I could distinguish as her favorite, it was definitely this one. She always asked to play this game. And of course, I said yes. One evening, a saturday I believe, We were at her house playing this game (Our parents had went on a double date, and her sister babysat us) and we got to this level and heard this song. We both loved it, but we couldn't play. We were WAY too tired. But we left the game running, and the song started playing. We fell asleep on the floor beside each, and our parents came back shortly thereafter. 2 years later, she moved to Atlanta, and I never saw her again. I'm now 15 years old, going on 16. I decided to reminiscence on the good ol days. I got to this song and started to cry. Because I realized something. I never got to tell her how I felt about her. And now I might not ever get the chance to. At least I have this song to remember her by.

I only played all the way through this game recently, and when I first heard this song I was also going through a situation where I knew the girl I liked was about to move away, so that comment really hit home for me.

Because he told he may never get the chance to. If he knows her name he can look her up online, tell her how he felt without looking like a creep eventually. Unless he tried but the person doesn't even remember him, then yes I guess that holds water.

I feel like the reason he won't have a chance to tell her is because too much time has passed, and likely distance as well, so they'll never be close enough again for him to reveal it to her without it coming off as strange.

Well, he did say "I might" so I think he's able to get in touch with her. But if the stars align for him he absolutely can.

Though in my experience the nice sweet neighborhood girls from my youth went on to be complete fucking bitches in their teen years. Maybe he's afraid of that possibility.

It's a bit of work but if her parents owned the house he can look it up and see the ownership history on the county assessor website.
