Jamie Lannister got me thinking.

He was this vile piece of shit the first two seasons that I wanted to see die painfully, but then he slowly became more of an "enemy of my enemy" anti-hero on his journey with Brienne, and by the time the journey was done I found myself rooting for him and understanding his perspective on everything and hoping that he somehow ends up redeemed with a new lease on life.

What are other good examples of this?

Theon Greyjoy is actually also a good example.

I mean fuck, his punishment for his actions in season 2 has been way worse than death.

He's not redeemed in my mind unless he turns on Cersei. He's shown himself to be slightly less of a dick but not enough yet.

Especially in the books. They make it way more obvious

In the show at least, I mean he's cooling off to her, and once he sees the wreckage that Cersei caused I think he'll be done with her for good. But I don't recall him actually turning on her the last time they were together.

In the show? His last bit of dialogue is saying that she's the only thing in the whole world he cares about and he would do anything to get back to he and be by her side

Oh, I honestly have no clue on that. Tbh I try pretty hard to not think about the show because I stopped watching years ago due to all the changes. >_> About two weeks ago I read a synopsis of what has been going on and felt the urge to kick all the show writers. Don't mind me then, I'll hush.

Haha, I just like a bunch of things. It's refreshing to see someone like most of the things I do as well. Most people I know think my tastes are weird.

I'm very tempted to just click this but now it shows after quoting it so I'm avoiding looking up at it, how far do these spoilers go.
