It's too much backstory to get into. Then they'll get to the part where he's battling cancer or fighting someone we've never seen before like Demogoblin. You can't have Venom in the MCU now and I highly doubt Spidey will even exist in this new universe. A third Marvel universe is really not needed, especially after only two movies in the last failed attempt. I mean, to me, Spidey and Venom are like Goku and Vegeta. They should appear together.
