I just PM'd him and he said he doesn't know why was involved with Returning_CEmen and that sub. He has his own private sub. That sub in the OP was made out of pity for Returning_CEmen since Returning_CEmen didn't get into the private one which banned a few gamefaqs users from being a part of.

MD told me he wanted to make a board to help alleviate him of all the PMs he was getting from people of CE asking him porn questions and questions about his other subreddit. He asked if I wanted to help him run it and I was like, how am I supposed to help if I don't even have access to your other subreddit, how am I supposed to field questions about it? Then he told me that I would never get access to his other subreddit because I didn't mention that password when I requested permission and neither will anyone else who did the same as I. And the people from GameFAQS won't get access from now on since the mods of the subreddit decided that. So I was annoyed with him and his other subreddit. But he asked if I would help him with this new subreddit and I figured I could help spread the word since I had free time yesterday. He made me a mod of it and I changed the CSS and PM'd the leaders of his community board here on GameFAQS about it. Even if MD claims it's not an extension of his community board here, it really is. Just going off the subreddits description, which he came up with, it sounds almost identical to his community board.
