Since I love both Yoshi's Island and Melee, which one should I choose?

I wonder if several users here like to type with big meaty claws. If not, they don't defend dumb choices like Pokemon Transporter or Nintendo charging for OLMP.

Um and earthbound

However, melee by itself is more fun than all of those games..

You're ranking entire years of releases, not individual games. At least try to take everything into account.

The year is literally about rating which games you like the best.

So yea, it is about individual games.

I doubt TC, or anyone else voting for that matter, only liked 1 game from each year, though that's all he mentioned which is why I said what I said. To measure the value of an entire year of releases by just 1 game is silly.

Not everyone has a wide variety of gaming interests. I'm pretty much limited to rpg, strategy, and adventure myself.

Hard to believe these were the same year. I remember being in school suspension. Reading about Chrono Trigger in what must have been GamePro. Anticipating it so much I stole from my sister. Later played Yoshis Island, and it's a top 100 ever. And Donkey King Country is the first time I remember adults in my time taking notice of how games could look.
