Are they just not trained or what? Every time I deal with any doctors or anything regarding healthcare things get delayed and bungled from them screwing things up.

I had to wait to see a doctor last summer because a secretary improperly faxed a form. When I called to ask about it because it had not gone through it was the same person and she argued with me that she had done it instead of trying to help, I had to speak to someone else and have them send it, which immediately went through that time. Later I had to get some tests done and had to pay like $300 out of pocket because the person helping us told us our insurance didn't cover the procedure, only to get a reimbursement check a few weeks later because that lady was in fact a moron.

Now I am supposed to have an appointment with a new doctor tuesday morning and they just sent me a message that it will need to be rescheduled for later in the day, which I won't be available for because of work. So I'm trying to call them and they won't answer the phone and they aren't in the office on mondays. I've already waited a month for this appointment because it was the soonest spot she had available. If they try to charge me any kind of fee for missing this appointment that they have rescheduled at the last minute I am gonna lose it.

Because they mostly hire washouts who, at most, have an associate's degree.

Hard to believe someone with an associates degree can't use a fax machine
