I dunno the correct English term for the word "sammanvägning" so I used "summary" <.<

Anyway, it shows that the Nationalists are now second largest party amongst the populace. The Socdem leadership has also adopted harsh immigration policies and have avoided collapsing like the Conservatives who got 30% in 2010. Two parties are below the 4% threshold.

27.8% - Socialdemocrats
19.3% - Nationalists
17.0% - Conservatives
12.8% - Neoliberals
7.3% - Far Left
5.3% - Liberals
3.7% - Christian Democrats
3.6% - Green Party

The current Socialdemocratic leader has shifted the party towards how it was in the 1960's - aka tough on crime and immigration but quite far left on issues like social security and taxation. Very LGBT-friendly and consider abortion a right for women. The SJW crowd and Left-wing activists are not associatied with the Socdems. Those groups prefer the Far Left and the Greens.

The Nationalists were openly neo-nazi until around the start of the new millenium. They want to stop all non-Nordic immigration, leave the EU, ban abortion, tear up equal rights for LGBT. They are drifting back and forth on several issues though and even representatives of the party can't always say what they wanna do on issues not related to immigration like welfare, military, education etc.

The Conservatives were in power 2006-2014 and introduced the most generous immigration laws Sweden has ever seen. They mainly talk about tax cuts, privatization and corporatism these days. They stopped opposing abortion and LGBT around 14 years ago.

Sammanvägning would literally translate to "together-weighing"

Thats why they had party heads that loved to drive around Stockholm in gasoline-slurping SUVs, didnt want to share taxis after late meetings, taking airplanes instead of trains, painting boats with environmenthazard paint and heating their home with waste oil?
Their politics might work in the big cities that got a big working public transportation infrastructure, but it will be the death of Norrland.

Well, we can talk forever about what measures they should or shouldn't take, my point is that their focus on environmental issues (such as reducing carbon emissions, sustainable development, etc) is important in our parliament.
That said, I really hope they shape up, because they've been a shitshow ever since Fridolin and Romdon took over.
