Lost my job a couple days ago and I'd like to leave an honest review of the positives while also definitely addressing/warning of some bullshit and the new management that took over.

Is there any recourse against me or blowback with from future employers? The company is pretty big but my specific office was small, so there wouldn't be much mystery who left the review.

They'd know who it is. Ten person office, I'm the only one who just got laid off (as far as I know). Just a matter of if I have any reason to give a shit about pissing off my ex-employer.

There really isn't anything they can do, but if you are really worried just wait until you have a new job before posting it.
