I think getting caught just viewing it once should lead to fines, you being forced to go to therapy (paid for out of your own pocket, not the tax payers), and possibly even having your internet traffic monitored. I mean due to it being illegal, the drug trade does hurt people but it if it were legalized, most of the harm caused in production would go away. But CP is literally the recording of sexual abuse of a child.
