I don't follow professional wrestling or care about it at all, but I like wrestling games. All I want is to create a custom guy and build him up in Superstar mode or whatever it's called now. Which has the best customization, mechanics, and story mode?
I was gonna go with 2K17 but it seems that it's rated lower than 2K16, why is that? Did they do the typical sports game thing where they removed features so they can add them back in a couple years?

As long as it's on PS4 idc, so 2K13-17
Or is 2K18 coming soon? Any reason you wait for that one?

Personally, 2K14 is the last one I enjoyed.
They actually put in some goddamn effort with the 30 years of WM and the special Undertaker mode which felt like a bossfight.

2K15 has a better campaign. The 30 years of Wrestlemania mode was incredibly fun.

2017 has the best career mode so far, but that isn't saying a lot. It also carries on 2016's tradition of using the same assets as 2015, but including fewer options for some reason.

Universe mode is just shite and the actual gameplay is so slow these days. Stupid mini-games for submissions and such ruin things even more.

The last one I have is SvR 08 I think and before that was HCTP.
I'd really like to get one that's at least currently gen just to have.
Every review I'm reading keeps throwing me around, all I want is a fun Superstar mode and every one I read reviews for has people saying they ruined that mode and that the previous/next year was better ._.
How tf is it even possible to fuck up a wrestling game, it's a simple formula for fun...
