Well, the topic of discussion seems to be whether or not masturbating to an internet picture containing a penis makes the internet user a homosexual. I suppose we are assuming that the internet user in question is male. Regardless, the answer is obviously not (this would fit fine within bisexual and pansexual behaviour, for example).

However, the coloquial use of "gay" in the context of such internet forums as 4chan, tends to indicate any behaviour which is not strictly heterosexual in nature. The colloquial use of "trap" on such forums is a mildly derogatory term that could refer to either a male cross-dresser or a trans woman. I am certainly of the position that trans women are women, and that a male being attracted to a woman is heterosexual behavior. I am murkier on where cross-dressers fit in this picture (cross-dressing behaviour is often an early sign that someone might be transgender; cross-dressers as a group seem to be declining as a population, many of them deciding to transition. On the other hand, some don't).

The post in question discusses the production of testosterone. I think this is a fair measurement if the concern is heterosexual behaviour, as the presence of testosterone or estrogen in the blood stream will affect numerous aspects such as what hormones a person emits from their skin, how they smell, whether they experience female orgasms or male orgasms, the texture of their skin. However, the post is incorrect inasmuch as the presence or absence of testicles is not necessarily a good measurement of testosterone, since commonly prescribed drugs exist that disable the production of testosterone from these gonads. However, I do not know how easy it would be to discern the presence or absence of these drugs through inspection of an internet picture.

I also do not think internet sexual behaviour is necessarily a good predictor of sexual behavior in real life. For example, I have enjoyed internet slash fiction which entails...things...being done to the protagonist which I would personally never want done to me in real life.

In summary, my advice would be to not worry about it.
