I haven't played BoTW yet so I can't say about that. LttP and OoT was tough. I have to go with OoT though. Honorable mentions to Majora's Mask and Link's Awakening.

I'll post a favorite moment of mine. I've played LttP my entire life. I still always enjoy the Dark World palaces. All of them are just fun to me. The Ice Palace is kinda hellish because of the slippery-walking, but even at that it's still awesome.

The game never gets old.

Only ones I've really played. And MM wasn't even "bad," but the constant timer felt too claustrophobic for me and I could never finish it.

The only bad thing about BotW so far is the weapons breaking. Everything else is pretty great. Though I'm only about 25% done with the game.

LttP isn't even the best 2D Zelda imo; Link's Awakening and maybe even ALBW beat it out.

Played botw... like a lot and then just stopped. Reminded me fallout 4 in that way. Loved it when I first got it then it was just the same thing again and again and stopped.

OoT is a masterpiece

BotW is also amazing though, it evoked a feeling of excitement for exploration I hadn't felt in years and quite frankly thought I never would again. It felt like playing OoT back when it was released in terms of scale and adventure.

It does have its flaws though so I'm not prepared to say it's better than OoT.

i think lttp is still a fun game but it's been surpassed by all the 2d zeldas except link's awakening (obviously not counting the shitty ds games). albw is just a straight up upgrade. game is amazing and easily my favorite zelda.

I think it's because I played LttP after a lot of the other Zelda games that I don't really care for it all that much. I prefer the top down Zeldas but even then it's probably not even in my top 3 of that category.

LoZ is still the best.

I can see people preferring top down to 3D Zelda. Preferring OoT to BotW is literally nonsensical

I voted BOTW, but it was close between that and OOT. OOT is stronger in some areas like story and iconography. The OOT finale blows BOTW's off the screen.

I played it as an adult 5 years ago for the first time, and I thought it was great. I understand why it gets its acclaim. I used the 3DS version.

the guy was funny when I was younger and he made flash animations. I can't stand his incredibly weak "game analysis" videos where he makes it abundantly clear he knows nothing about game design. His game grumps channel is also horrible but it's for children so I guess I'm just not the target demographic.

I liked his megaman x and castlevania vids. Haven't seen his Zelda though.

A Link to the Past is my favorite game in the series. Also the one I'd consider the best. But every Zelda game I've played has been phenomenal. The Minish Cap and A Link Between Worlds are the weakest I've played and even they're great.

ganon has the most presence and character in OoT, so that
