I made mention of this because the person I quoted is a work colleague who comments on mispronunciations made by non-native English speakers...and yet he makes other mistakes with his Mother Tongue. And yes. I do agree 100%. It also is because of ignorance (innocently of course without malice intended), educational level which boils down to a person's financial capabilities.
