That's not one of the more instantly recognizable pictures of ICOYAR, but it looks like something that he easily could have posted in a pic topic a few weeks back. If ClarkDuke was ICOYAR why would he post a picture of himself on his alt, especially with ClarkDuke being an apparent liberal? That's the opposite of ICOYAR, which would seem to suggest if it was an alt that he's hiding it, which means he wouldn't post a picture of himself.

WhatPool is definitely going to be his alt now.

I thought it was obvious that acct was a ziggi alt.
kana looks like the actor clark duke somewhat, and ziggi is known for underhandedly trolling people, such as kana.
