Basically you would be a human practice dummy for doctors/doctors in-training practicing for physicals. As in you would be nude and dozens of people would touching you every day. However, they're very serious and professional about it, and won't make jokes or do stupid shit (unless you want them to for some reason). You also get full medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc., you know, the standard stuff. You can also do what you want while they're practicing on you, as long as it doesn't disrupt them.

So basically you get $50K a year with benefits to stand around naked and be handled by a wide variety of people.

I wouldn't say it's humiliating unless you're really self-conscious. As stated, the doctors are very professional. And you might want a job that's secure, gives good benefits, and where you have to do literally no work.

Im in australia so all full time work inheriently has amazing benefits. My job is very secure, so id be taking a worse job with no compensation

Well then the job's not for you. Some people just want to follow the adage "If you love what you do, you'll never have to work a day in your life". While the standing around naked part might not be up most people's alley, I'm sure being able to watch tv, play video games, browse the net, listen to music, all while having nothing else to worry about is compensation for some.
