I read the article, I watched the video and I still don't understand what happened. a woman tried to bring something she wasn't supposed to onto a plane and then cried when she couldn't?

The Flight Attendant (not caught on the Video) allegedly hit her and the child with the stroller as he tried to take it away and put it away for storage (per rules of the airlines/airport)

I read an account from one of the other passengers on the plane (can't remember where it was) but apparently the woman was trying to bring a bigass stroller on board. The stroller didn't fit in the overhead or anywhere else on the plane so the woman was told she wouldn't be able to bring it on.

Reportedly the woman started yelling and getting heated and the flight attendant determined she wasn't fit to fly, and asked her to leave the plane. The woman was, I think, just standing in the aisle and the attendant tried to move past her with the stroller (lifting it up and over the seats) and accidentally hit her in the face with it.

The woman supposedly started crying crocodile tears, really hamming it up and that's when the other dude stepped in not knowing anything about why the woman was being forced off the plane.

I don't know if it's true or not, but that's what the other person's story was.
