10 minutes of nothingness was a good start

That was a bad start. It's the type of content that is actually shitty and drags down the quality of the podcast. I'm more interested in the actual UotY discussion, not random off-topic stuff that has nothing to do with UotY.

In this episode, the UotY discussion doesn't start until 34:54 when Nick starts off saying "Welcome to Episode 6 (probably) of this season, which might be season 5 of the User of the Year Podcast Show". You could have edited out everything before 34:54 and reduce the length of the episode down to 2:23:12. Another area of the episode that could be edited out is the final 22 minutes of the episode (from 2:36:22 to the end of the episode), which would almost bring the episode under 2 hours.

At the very minimum, we have at least 57 minutes of non-UotY discussion. Factoring in all of the other non-UotY discussion that got mixed in while talking about UotY itself, and I'd estimate that more than 50% of the episode was used for random off-topic stuff not related to UotY.

Nick, my favorite part of the female form is the "boobs" (this was from about 15 minutes into the episode).

XD at the Pokeporn mention just shortly before the 25 minute mark. It was also the thing that turned the podcast into Pokemon discussion for a few minutes. Oh yeah, the best song from the Gen 1 anime was the "Viridian City" song in my opinion.

This Pokemon discussion really makes me want to see a "Board 8 Ranks the Generation VII Pokemon" sometime this year. I'm sure Nick will be totally out of the loop on what Pokemon from this generation are the most popular. I know Nick criticized a lot of the Gen VII Pokemon that were revealed during the pre-release hype phase, to the point where the Gen VII Pokemon for Nick is probably 80% hate, 10% neutral, 10% like. I rarely ever saw Nick actually giving his approval to a Gen VII Pokemon when it was first revealed.
