You'd receive stares, possibly be confronted. You might be isolated by friends or disapproving family members. You might even potentially be passed up for job opportunities. I think any girl or guy, regardless of their appearance, if they came from a video game or anime world, would be seen as incredibly strange. It's like you're assuming people would be okay if I brought some 50-year old woman from an anime into our world, but they would still be like, "Holy shit, that's an animated character." and they'd still freak out. There'd be tons of news regarding that. I wonder if they'd have to go into hiding...
