Alright theres a couple possible scenarios.

1) You've had a few new chinese resturants since then and their quality is better, so you have only raised the bar for yourself, you've refined your palate for chinese food.

2) They had an off-day, were rushing too much due to being busy or have a new cook who needs some more experience.

3) Their food has actually gotten worse and you were right.

It'd be worth giving them another chance, just in case it was an off day, but they may indeed have gotten worse.

I don't really go shopping. So chances are I won't be eating there again for quite some time. I had to buy a new pair of jeans since my old ones were literally falling apart. Spent too much money :/
