I checked the status yesterday and it was supposed to arrive tomorrow. Went to see if it had shipped yet and now it's showing it won't be here until Thursday.

I'm chatting with support right now, and they're saying it's because of a payment issue. I placed the pre-order in August, and verified the credit card on Saturday when we ordered a book for my daughter. Apparently you have to verify the card for each order now if there are multiple cards on the account. Thankfully support is on the ball, they gave me 1 day shipping and will be refunding me for the extra shipping charge. Bullet dodged!

If you hurry and get in touch with someone from their support, they might be able to get you one day shipping and still have it arrive tomorrow. I've had the Japanese version of the game sitting on my desk since last year so waiting a few extra days isn't going to be a deal breaker. A month of prime as compensation sounds great :)
