I placed the pre-order in August, and verified the credit card on Saturday when we ordered a book for my daughter. Apparently you have to verify the card for each order now if there are multiple cards on the account. Thankfully support is on the ball, they gave me 1 day shipping and will be refunding me for the extra shipping charge.
