In the United States, you simply can't without a prescription. I wouldn't recommend it anyway unless a doctor prescribed it for you for a legitimate need. I'm personally very worried about the bacteria resistance issue that's been getting rapidly worse due to antibiotic misuse.

I kinda just started working as a pharmacy tech at a certain, national pharmacy (started in late December), and if I didn't have to go through an additional 5-6 years of college, I could see myself becoming a pharmacist.

I already told you that you absolutely cannot unless you have a prescription. There are no OTC antibiotics. At least, not systemic ones.

Why does it take mods so long to do anything? Dude doing a cyoa on CE was suspended for four days before going to purg, when I was unjustly modded it took 3-4 days for them to come up with nonsense to justify it. What are they doing?

They have a life and are not online 24/7?

I'd say the largest reason is there are times when marks/disputes surge for whatever reason and it takes longer than usual to handle things.

Other reasons could include it's something that requires discussion or something as simple as the mod staff being busy with real life things, but with the number of mods we have there's always someone that can handle at least some of the work.

Without a prescription? Nope. I've met plenty who had a legitimate prescription for something like a benzodiazepene or a narcotic who clearly didn't need it. And I've worked with plenty who have had to deal with fake prescriptions.

Update! I only prescribed 2 pills each of the Valium and Ambien. I only took one Valium before my surgery and one Ambien afterwards to sleep. Everything went well and I feel fine, now they went ahead and prescribed me oxycodone for oain? What's up with this?

This is why I was hesitant about painkillers in general, it seems like pill pushing to me.

What does it mean when yhe bridge of my nose hurts, and looks kinda bruised, but I have done thing to bruise it.

Like it feels like i punched in the nose, but that hasnt happened, i havent ran into a wall, or even been hit in the face recently.

I don't know the specifics of the surgery you underwent, but if I were to take a guess I'd say it's probably something the y prescribe all patients in case they experience any pain or discomfort.

Well if they didn't say anything specific to you about it and you're not experiencing any pain or anything, then yeah you can definitely skip it.

Nah. Unless it's metformin HCL 1000 mg tablets or KCl 20 mEq tablets.

I'd wait on it for a bit longer to see if it improves or worsens. I don't see why it'd be anything other than a bruise that you must not of realized how you've gotten.

At least here in America, pharmacist can't unprescribe medication. The type of advice you have just given is not allowed with your license. I will be screenshotting this conversation and forwarding it to your local board.

I've actually been in somewhat of a creative slump the past few weeks. Even tried to create something new to get out of it, but really couldn't even figure out what I actually wanted to do with it. It happens occasionally and know it will pass, but what drugs would you recommend?

Not particularly. There are medications that would help you focus, but not come up with ideas. I don't think you'd be able to convince a doctor you need it though, but hey I don't know you that well.

Sometimes, I end up going through the spiel we can't just pass out scripts for antibiotics for a common cold lol. I've been told to effectively, go and fuck myself for wasting their time if I won't give them what they want a few times. xD

Man, I really wish people understood basic disease states a bit better so we don't contribute to antibiotic resistance. And the new(ish) emphasis on patient satisfaction doesn't really help. :/ Sometimes patients don't know what they need.
